He receives, tracks, and responds to constituent inquiries, concerns, and complaints, submitting and managing RISRs to ensure issues are properly documented and addressed. He also leads community outreach and engagement efforts for District 9, including the Win Back Waipahu Campaign and Neighborhood Security Watches. Additionally, he assists in legislative research and tracks key policy issues, including developments from the Charter Commission, keeping the office informed on matters relevant to the communities it represents.
