City Budget Bills
BILL022(26): Appropriates funds for the Executive Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.
BILL023(26): Appropriates funds for the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.
BILL024(26): Authorizes the issuance and sale of general obligation bonds and bond anticipation notes of the City and County of Honolulu in a maximum principal amount equal to the aggregate of the amounts of general obligation bonds appropriated in the capital budget ordinance for Fiscal Year 2027.
BILL025(26): Sets the real property tax rates for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
BILL026(26): The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2027.

Resolution 26-59: Confirms the appointment of Richard Bryce, Jr. to serve on the Fire Commission of the City and County of Honolulu.
Bill 34 (2026) Amends the Flood Hazard Area Ordinance to update requirements and construction standards for consistency with the requirements of the Federal Emergency Management Agency, to remain eligible for participation in the National Flood Insurance Program and the Community Rating System, and for housekeeping purposes.
Bill 8 (2025) Requires the CSD Director or the head of the City agency designated by the Mayor to require the animal control contractor to enforce the regulation of dangerous dogs.
Resolution 26-83 Approves collective bargaining cost items for the Hawaiʻi Fire Fighters Association Bargaining Unit 11 included and excluded managerial employees of the City and County of Honolulu.
Resolution 26-7 Establishes an End Landfills Task Force to evaluate the feasibility, costs, risks, and implementation pathways for eliminating landfill dependency in the City and County of Honolulu.
Resolution 26-58 Directs the City Auditor to conduct a performance audit of the Customer Services Department's law enforcement-initiated towing program, management, and contract administration.
Resolution 26-104 Retains the legal services of Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher, a Law Corporation, as Special Deputy Corporation Counsel to advise and represent the City in claims and disputes relating to the Skyline Core Systems Contract.
Resolution 26-95 Adoptes a revision to the Public Infrastructure Map for the ‘Ewa Development Plan area. Revises the existing PIM No. 036 for the City's H-POWER facility from a solid waste facility (SW) to a modified solid waste facility (SW/M) to allow for land acquisition and the development of a Materials Processing and Solid Waste to Energy facility adjacent to the City's existing H-POWER facility.
