Skyline Rail
Skyline is Honolulu's rail transit line, currently operating from East Kapolei to Aloha Stadium with service continuing toward downtown Honolulu as construction phases complete. For West Oahu residents, the East Kapolei and Waipahu stations offer a faster option into town during peak hours.

The HOLO card is a reloadable transit card that works on both TheBus and Skyline — one card for both systems. It's faster than paying cash at the farebox and comes with a built-in daily fare cap of $7.50, meaning no matter how many trips you take in a day, you won't pay more than that.
How to get your HOLO card:
Pick one up at any Satellite City Hall, including Waipahu Satellite City Hall at 94-275 Mokuola St.
Or order online at holocard.net
Cost: $2 card fee, then load any amount to start riding
Managing your card:
Add funds online at holocard.net, at TheBus Pass Office, or at select retail locations
Register your card at holocard.net — if your card is lost or stolen, a registered card can be replaced with your remaining balance intact
